I use the 552 in my home gym 2-3 times per week. My spouse uses them as well. They work as advertised and are very easy to adjust and move. This is a fabulous alternative to having a rack of dumbbells that take up a lot of space in the room I use to workout.

The ease of use if the best characteristic of these weights, you can easily switch from 50lbs to 5lbs in seconds. The only con is the size of the weights which makes some exercises awkward to do, but definitely not a deal breaker. I love these dumbbells!

I use these for regular strength training, and they do the job. I adjust weight settings multiple times in a workout, so they are very versatile and compact for my needs. My only complaint is that they are very bulky. I'm 5'3" and because they're so wide, it's slightly harder to do some exercises for my body. #sweepstakes

Although they took forever to get due to COVID shortages, I'm glad I finally have a pair. Great for a quasi beginner like me who doesn't need crazy heavy weights just yet, but also needs to increase weight pretty often as I gain muscle. They're pretty compact for what they are (although they're obviously going to be a bit larger than dedicated ~50lb dumbbells due to the mechanism) so they're great for working out at home with limited space. You can adjust the weight as needed for different exercises just by turning the dial, and it's a sturdy enough mechanism that I don't think you could ever accidentally turn it while working out. #sweepstakes
