The perfect dumbbell... nothing else needs to be said. The only con is the cheap plastic base assembly. I wish that was made out of a higher quality material.

I do bicep curls, shoulder press, chest press, overhead extensions, chest flys, shoulder shrugs, lateral raises, squats, lunges, rows, and many other things. Its absolutely fantastic because of the fact that the weight goes from 5 to 52 pounds. Making it convenient not only for me but for my family as well, who are beginners and need lighter weights. The only thing bad about it is that they're so big.
