So glad I ordered these. They provide tons of flexibility with all the weight options and are easy to use. Handles are comfortable and construction is sturdy. Only con is they're a bit wider than traditional dumbbells so some movements are limited. I imagine using these for years to come. #sweepstakes

I accidentally knocked one of my old ones over (old ones were used for nearly a decade and have held up well) and cracked one of the locking rings.
