The SelectTech 552 dumbbells are the best home gym equipment purchase I've ever made! I use them daily for a variety of different workouts. Not having a lot of space, these weights do everything I need and take up very little space. They are extremely easy to use and adjusting the weights is very fast. Use them for many exercises. Biceps, triceps, shoulders, and legs. Easy and quick to switch over and change weight. They are a little big, width wise, making it a little awkward to use during certain exercises. But they sort of have to be to be able to allow all those weight differences.
