Use them for many exercises. Biceps, triceps, shoulders, and legs. Easy and quick to switch over and change weight. They are a little big, width wise, making it a little awkward to use during certain exercises. But they sort of have to be to be able to allow all those weight differences. Overall worth the wait and money.
