I've gone to gyms grudgingly for the last 20 years, and all that stopped with Covid. These dumbbells replace a whole wall of weights, and they keep me out of gyms and away from folks who don't care about distancing or masking. I love how easy they are to use and to change the weight; Bowflex did a great job in the conception and execution of these variable weights. Cannot recommend them too highly.
