#sweepstakes great dumbbells. Got them because they take up way less space than a bunch of variable dumbbells. They are large but useable. Built very well and not flimsy.
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Quiet, Strengthens
I use these weights several times a week. Adjusting weight is quick and easy and it's very intuitive. I'd recommend this product to anyone. #sweepstakes

I use these dumbbells for strength and HIIT workouts. They are perfect for supersets it's HIIT intervals where you need to switch between weights with as little downtime as possible. The dial you use to select your weight is super simple and intuitive. I love these dumbbells!!

I use these weights for weight training. One reason I bought these dumbbells is because I don't have time to go to a gym between working and taking care of two kids. I have to get my workouts in at home so these weights help me do just that. They help me lift heavier without having to have so many different sets of dumbbells. My husband can get his workout in at home now too.
Pros: Durable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Strengthens
I lift with a split approach to muscle groups. Back/biceps, chest/triceps, and Legs/shoulders. These dumbbells (and, by the way, adjustable kettlebells) figure into every lifting session for me.

I use these for lifting at home on a bench and I also am using them for some weight lifting classes I take digitally. I have lifting for years at the gym previously and thought this setup would be ideal versus collecting and setting up a huge weigh rack at home. So far I am loving the way the weights snap different LBS together so smoothly. The only I was worried about was the length of the weights, especially for the classes I take. I actually find them more manageable than expected. The only one downfall is when the classes want you to have three sizes and then I have to pause to adjust for each one. Not the end of the world.
