I think my only criticism of the product is that they don't come with an elevated stand. I know that a stand is available for for additional purchase, and I'll probably pick one up. Thanks for making working out at home possible!

I am reviewing this product as part of a #sweepstakes, but I would without, because I love love love the dumbbells. It took 3+ months to get these babies, but it was so worth the wait. I started strength training right when I got them - they were SO easy to setup and i absolutely love the construction and ease of use. They're very intuitive and while I've never worked with adjustable dumbbells, it took no time to figure anything out - they are ready to use. 6 In terms of lifting - while they are quite large, I find them still easy to use. I am 5'6 (in case it matters) and I have no trouble lifting them in all types of way. I squat, deadlift, press, you name it I do it as part of my strength training. I love them and I'm keeping them forever.
