If there's one dumbbell set to buy for your home gym, this is it! Easily adjusts from light to heavy weight with a quick twist of the knobs. Grips feel comfortable in hands. Plates are securely locked onto the dumbbells, no worries of them coming loose. The length of the dumbbells do make certain exercises a little tricky since you can't get full range of motion without them hitting each other, but this is a very small gripe that only applies to a select few exercises.
