These are a great small footprint free weight solution for home gyms. I had these several years ago until a friend borrowed and broke them. Be cautious, don't just drop these on the ground, and you should have them for a long time.

I love having all of my weights take up the space of just 2 dumbbells. These are awesome and so easy to dial to your selected weight. My only complaint is that they are a bit bulky and awkward when you're holding both in front of you to do front squats or Arnold presses but it's manageable. The pros far outweigh that one con!
