These dumbells are money well spent hands down. If you love to weight train at the gym then you understand variety in weighted dumbells is a absolute must. How can you breakdown those muscles if you can't start heavy and progressively go down to light weights. And to have all those dumbells in one place makes it perfect for a gym at your house.

I use these at least 5x a week (with every workout I do)! My frame is 5'8, 125lbs, and my goal is to gain strength and lean muscle mass. Because these weights increase in 2.5lb increments, I'm able to successfully increase my strength because the small increments are manageable. Previously, my husband and I owned iron weights and the increments would increase by 5 or 10lbs. With smaller muscle groups, such as shoulders, I could not jump from 5lbs to 10lbs and therefore I was not seeing the progress I wanted. These are ideal! The only drawback is that they are a little cumbersome because of their size in relation to my smaller frame. Arnold presses, for instance, are a challenge due to the width of the weight. Nevertheless, I would recommend these to anyone!

Easy to use, especially when taken from the Bowflex stand. Dumbbells seem a bit long when using smaller weights as they're designed to hold all the weights, however. Easy to grip and well balanced. When they arrived, the dials that allow changing the weight worked smoothly and easily, but one dial is becoming increasingly difficult to turn. If this persists, I will contact Nautilus/Bowflex.
