These dumbbells are great for home workouts on days when I don't have time for the gym. They really save space and the adjustable feature allows me to utilize progressive overload for all different types of workouts. Their bulkiness is the only disadvantage.

I've only had the adjustable dumbbells for a few weeks and I love them. They're quick to change the weight. They take up very little space. If I had to say anything negative it would be that they're larger than the dumbbells I use at the gym... not really a problem.

Such a space saver and money saver. Quality product that is easy to use. Used to go to the gym quite a bit but lost interest and want to be safe therefore, this was the first item I bought for my home gym. Often lift more than 52.5 lbs but now I just slow my tempo and increase the reps. Would highly recommend. The only downfall I could think of would be the width. It's just a larger product because of the option of adding weight but I feel as if bowflex has down all they can to make an easy to use dumbbell. #sweepstakes

We enjoy our dumbbells. We just wish there were certain things you could do that you can with standard dumbbells like renegade rows and swatches are difficult. They are also just generally bulkier but that cannot be changed. They are incredibly space saving and cost effective that it makes it worth it #sweepstakes

Great purchase especially now. This is a must-have piece of equipment for every home gym. It easily replaces an entire set of dumbbells that would take up four times the room. It is also easier to move these two dumbbells every two years than an entire set. I only wish that these were in stock more often. I will upgrade to the heavier set as soon as they are available.

These dumbbells are great. The fact they can adjust is perfect for apartments/space. They have a ton of adjustments and while I wish there were even more, I am not displeased about the product at all. I use them for strength training and honestly hope they do more adjustable equipment/heavier things.
