A great add to anyone build a home gym. The convenience of saving the space instead of having several dumbbell sets to cover the weight range is where this product excels. The only trade off is the size of the over dumbbell. It makes certain dumbbell work outs difficult to do because of the added width of the overall design. Not a make or break for me but if you do certain workouts like lying dumbbell triceps the range of movement is limited due to the design/size. Solid overall value and worth every penny.

Love these dumbbells. The convenience of just turning the knobs to what weight I want is awesome. Before I had 10 different pairs of dumbbells in my basement I had to drag out every time I worked out. Can't beat the price for what you're getting either. Highly recommended!

I've had these for about a week and use them daily HIIT and strength exercises. Compared to my old budget weights (screw-on/screw-off plates) this is a WORLD of difference. Love it the speed at which I can change weights, and how neatly the set packs up. Only issue I have is that the overall weight is very long (because of the space needed for the different weight plates) so for some exercises the dumbbells will hit each against other. It's annoying, but you can adjust your positioning to avoid it. I think this would be a problem for all adjustable weights anyway.
