Product is Good but Does NOT Replace Free Weights

This is a decent option to enhance a set of free weights. We were going to replace our free weights with this set and decided not to, as this set is bulky and doesn't work well for all exercises. We suggest buying this IN ADDITION to a free weight set--not as a replacement for one.

A little disappointed that the 2.5 lb increments stops at 25 lbs. But it's great for doing most things. The handles have silicone-like material so it's not that serrated metal of the larger Bowflex set (also have those). They are a little awkward and bulky for certain movements. Sometimes at higher weights, it's a little harder to guide them back in the base, but it's not something that would ever deter me from using them. I would absolutely purchase again, great space saver for an at-home gym.

My fiance and I use these weights for our daily workouts. I was honestly unable to use them more than once due to how bulky they were. I couldn't do the movements of my workout without hitting myself or adjusting. I knew they would be large, but for me, these are way too big to be functional for what I need. He is going to continue trying to use them and see how they work for his workouts. I do think height/arm length likely have some influence and wish I could have used these more, since they are super convenient for storage/space saving. Overall, disappointed, especially having to wait almost 6 months for them to arrive.

I was excited to finally receive these after waiting several months to get them. However, I was a bit disappointed with them. I'm not sure I would recommend these to someone. I'm pretty on the fence still, but I've listed my pros and cons below. CONS: Extremely bulky/long making simple workouts very uncomfortable, limiting, or not at all for safety concerns. The handle/grip should have been a better design to help grip these with sweaty hands. Would have been nice to have a better way to lock these into their base instead of the cheap strap. They feel pretty cheap with so much plastic design. PROS: Purchase price to weight ratio is a money saver. Big space saver instead of having multiple dumbbells or plates lying around. For the exercises you can safely perform, it does its intended job. #sweepstakes
