I work regularly on strength training. These make is easy to change weights between exercises. I even work out with my wife and we both use them with little time wasted changing weights. I love that I don't need a wall of weights. The weights are a little large and rub your wrist with certain movements, but still much smaller than other brands on the market.

I like how quickly you can go from 10lb fly to a 50 lb chest press. The mechanism is good, however it would be great if instead of turning a dial on each side of the dumbbell it was one dial for the two sides.

First of all, I'd like to thank Bowflex for coming up this amazing concept. I am in absolute love with these dumbbells!! I use them 5-6 times a week and I like that how I am not really missing going to the gym during this pandemic. With the 5-52 lbs flexibility in just one dumbbel, this is a great space saver for people who are tight on dedicated gym space at home. I can do shoulder, back, biceps, triceps, chest, squats, lunges with these dumbbells. These are a special investment.

I use these weights almost daily with my workouts and they're simple and easy to use when transitioning from one weight to another. I love that I can have so many different sized weights all in one. My only critique is their size. Some moves I want to do are more difficult just because they're larger than your average dumbbells but they're still possible.
