These dumbbells were a really great investment. I've wanted to lift heavier for a while now, and these dumbbells are perfect for that. They're incredibly easy to use because all you have to do is turn the dials, and they have been great from my strength training workouts. They are a bit bulky for some moves, but other than that, I can't complain. And they shipped a month early, so I was very happy about that!

I bought these for my home gum because I had a lot of different pairs of dumbbells. My bow flex are awesome. I love that I can add weight in increments of 2 1/2 pounds. They are very easy to change the weight and don't take up alot room. I highly recommend these dumbbells. I am so happy with them.

Bought these to avoid a mess of sets of free weights, love the fact you can just dial in what you want. Very happy with them. They are big, but still significantly smaller and less cluttered than buying individual weights. You do have to turn the dial on both sides though, it would be nice to be able to just do on one side, but I understand this gives finer granularity on the weight (albeit not evenly distributed). Would buy again for sure.
