I love these weights! They are very compact, which is great for apartment living. The handles are very comfortable and transitioning between weights is easy. My only minor complaint is that the dumbbells themselves can be a bit bulky depending on the weight you are using and the exercise you are doing. In general though, they are a great investment, and I highly recommend! I was tired of my at-home resistance band workouts, and this was the perfect purchase to remotivate me. #sweepstakes

Without being able to go to a gym, these are perfect for a variety of weights without taking up too much space. And the price is much less than if you were to buy all of the weights separately. Only comment I would say is the handle aren't super comfortable - they are smooth plastic so not easy to grip. But, otherwise they are great!

Have friends who have this in apartments and in their bigger home gyms. Always was on the fence since I had a gym membership but during covid I went on the waitlist and finally got them. I'm glad I have them and they don't take up much space and give a lot of versatility with weight progression for strength training or bulking. I have always loved these dumbells. Especially because they are so convenient, quick, and easy to use. However, my wife and I got a little disappointed with the dumbells base. They feel a little fragile and flimsy. And I am saying this because we still own an older model, and their gray bases were very solid and sturdy. Other than that, we still love Bowflex products and we think it's an amazing company.

I use these dumbbells for weight training at home as I can't go to a gym anymore. I was amazed at how well they are made and how easy it is to change weight settings. They are really sturdy. Other adjustable dumbbells I've used tend to clank together with movement. You won't find that problem with these. Although they are on the bulkier side, I would still sacrifice the size for the comfort of knowing these will last a long time and hold up on an intense workout!
