Bought the weights. Love that they save space and it's super easy to navigate between the different weights. Only con is for some exercises (i.e. around the world - holding with both hands and moving over and around your head) it's a bit uncomfortable.

This product is adjustable and therefore used for all body parts and multiple members of our family. The grips are soft and non-slip and the weights don't make noise or move when in use. I love that you can adjust in increments of 2.5 lbs up to the first 25 lbs. The only problem for my petite frame is each dumbbell is long so using them together for some arm exercises is difficult. But this is easily remedied by doing each arm exercise singularly.
