They are perfect for a small apartment setup. I have a bigger than average NYC apartment and these are the perfect solution for me. To have access to a full set of weights in such a compact setup is a brilliant idea. I can do all of the basic dumbbell exercises I did in the gym without any wasted time between sets. I was stuck with my 10lb dumbbells but now I'm finally able to a variety of exercises with the 552's. I just switch the knob to fit the weight needed and bam I'm set for the workout. This will definitely help me reach my goal that I have failed many times due to not being able to increase the weight on workouts.

I am impressed with how easily these work to change weights. I'm getting back into working out after a long time, and I've been using the SelectTech app to get started again. Those are some good workouts. The easily adjustable weights are especially helpful as I change from one exercise to another and focus on using the right weight for each.
