My husband and I use this product weekly . as we are not going to the gym yet. It's convenient as it stacks well. However, since I don't put a lot of weight on it, the gaps create an ackward length. It's hard to execute certain moves and I find myself being cautious of an injury , particularly when doing shoulders for example. We wanted the bar, but it was not available at the time of purchase. A curling bar in this system seems have a more consistency and smoother movement.

Had a long wait for these, but really excited at the functionality and ability to rapidly change settings! Highly recommend the investment. My next purchase is the SelectTech Stand With Media Rack to set these on. Bending over often to get these is not ideal. So looking forward to get that to make this a complete set up.
