Seems a bit overpriced for the actual material (that these are made from) and usability of the weight system, but a good option for those that need the option to work-out from home but don't have a lot of space. The workout movements while using these dumbells are much more challenging as the dumbells are simply bigger and bulkier throughout the movements.
Pros: Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Strengthens
Cons: Flimsy, Hard To Use, Heavy / Bulky

I was excited to see that the Bowflex 552s were out of back order - just in time for Christmas for myself! This is a great addition to my home gym and I hope to use this for a very long time. The equipment is made from very sturdy material and is compact (vs having multiple dumbbells taking up more space). Highly recommend!

I really like the fact that I can adjust the weights to my need. Trying to get back to the gym rat stage! And I didn't want to have a ton of dumbbells lying around (I had some sets in a basket and now I hope to donate them). They are easy to use too! While you do have to put them back in the cradle to adjust as needed - it does give you that adequate rest time which you should probably do anyway when working out.
