I've only had them about two weeks now, but I try to use my 552s at least every other day, even if it's only a few sets. I love that I don't need a big rack of dumbbells to get a varied workout and these have replaced the gym membership that went away with COVID. I can do arms, shoulders and back/lats with just the two dumbbells. They seem sturdy and well engineered. I'm waiting to hear when the barbell will be available so I can order that as well.
