This set of dumbbells is great! If you are beginning to build your strength or need a light set of weights for a cardio workout; if you are wanting to maintain strength or build power; if you are male or female; these weights can be beneficial to you, and are adaptable for most fitness levels. If you're not to the point of curling over 52 pounds regularly, I'd say these are for you. I especially like that my wife and I can share them and we were able to get rid of multiple sets of dumbbells. They are comfortable to grip, no special gloves needed -I even use them at home without gloves at times, I just pull off my wedding ring as I do so(only for the workout). I think this set of dumbbells is fantastic, and can't really think of any cons, you twist to the desired weight and get after it. The weights hold in place great, there aren't any obnoxious noises, nor do you feel as if the weights are loose or may fall. I would recommend this product "#SWEEPSTAKES"

Shipping took forever but worth it

The dumbbells are excellent. It took over two months to ship which was extremely frustrating since my gym had been closed. The moment the dumbbells arrived, my gym opened. But, my gym is about to close again so good investment. So easy to use. When the pandemic hit, I bought some crazy dumbbells that took forever to tighten and untighten the actual weighs. It took 10 minutes just to change from 30 pounds to 40 pounds. Anyhow, it cost me $300. Don't waste your money on anything out there. Get bowflex. Much worth it, and your time is valuable!

Love the range I can get with one set of dumbbells, but that's about the only advantage. They're bulky and somewhat awkward to use for some exercises, but they get the job done. I wish you could order a heavier handle or something that would increase the weight range
