One of the dumbbells shifted a little in transit so was locked in the cradle. A little jiggling and it all aligned and works great since. Seems like a sturdy mechanism, easy to change weights. Great use of space and cost effective compared to a rack of fixed dumbbells.

I have been eyeing this for a while and finally caved once covid hit and all gyms were shut down. I am avid believer in strength training for not only weight loss but overall health and feeling toned.
