This product allows you to do or substitute virtually any exercise at gym and replaces a whole rack of weights for a third the price. With a nomadic work from home lifestyle, I can take my gym anywhere. No more excuse not to work out. Can be a little bulky with smaller weight settings and maybe a smaller model should also be available, but a small con compared to all the pros.
Pros: Comfortable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Strengthens
Cons: Heavy / Bulky

This was just as described. Easy to adjust, sturdy. I love being able to switch between my weights. The only downside is that if you only use 20 pounds or less, this is going to be bigger than your usual dumbbells. Been doing power thrusts and curls. Wish I had gotten them sooner.

Just received these about a week ago and have worked fantastic. The heavier set wasn't available so I purchased these and have been able to do a variety of free weight exercises. I like them because you don't need to store all the different weights and is easy to store. They are a little bulky which makes it more uncomfortable for certain exercises but the pros for me far outweighs that particular con. Once the larger set becomes available again I will definitely be placing an order for them.
