The instructions make it very clear on how to use the Bowflex system. They give you a quick calibration method that allows you to see any foreseeable problems in the future so you can contact them about it They're pretty quick to change. Every now and then they'll become stuck, but a quick twist of the knobs back and forth makes them pop out again. I really have no quips about these dumbbells other than they've really made it extremely easy to workout. Hell we've combined it with P90x and I swear I am getting fitter by the second! Swapping weights is a snap. Idk what else to say, these are top of the line. Essential for all athletes or anyone who wants to workout. A must have in anyone's tool kit

With a nomadic work from home lifestyle, I can take my gym anywhere. No more excuse not to work out.
