I knew I needed to get back into strength training as I am pushing 60 and was noticing that things are getting heavier as I sit behind a desk all day. The innovation of the 552s alone was a big draw and knowing that they were from Bowflex made the decision easy. I am just getting started and I am thrilled with how easy it is to adjust the 552s weight to meet the needs of each exercise. I am in love!

I like the barbells, the app needs work

I just received the 552's and so far they seem sturdy and very useable. What is a bit of a disappointment is the app. I would hope that there would be a little more information available on the workouts. I "registered" for the six week workout, but other than the exercises themselves there is no instructions. Nothing about rest days, diet, intensity. Also, I made a mistake on one exercise about how much weight I used, there is no way to correct it. I guess I would have expected more.

I love these weights! Having multiple weights without taking up my entire apartment. I've been able to lose 5 pounds my first week by gaining muscle. The only downside is the handles are a little bulky my hands struggle to get around them.
