I don't even have a lot of time using the gear and it's doing me a great justice seeing how I've lived such a sedentary lifestyle since I was in the military well over 10 years ago. I feel better knowing I dont have the pressure of a full gym, people that don't put weights back or wipe down the equipment used, etc. I love these weights and am happy knowing that I have so many uses for them.
