I've owned a set of these for over ten years! I arranged a six station home gym and decided I wanted to supplement it with dumbbells' rather a whole rack I decided to go with adjustable weight dumbbells for confidence, space efficiency and cost, I check numerous manufactures and settle on these BowFlex 552, they were the nicest, easy to use! Ten years later I can say they were excellent choice, they held up great, I have never had any issues period! A great buy especially for home gym!
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Quiet, Strengthens
Cons: like all adjustable dumbells they are bulky
