I was looking for a simple adjustable dumbbell that could be adjusted on the fly. These weights check all the blocks. Even my wife uses them occasionally. Didn't get the stand because it was too big. I am fine just sliding the weights into the corner of a room. I would have got the bench but there are cheaper benches out there that don't say "Bowflex" on them.
