I absolutely love these dumbbells. They save so much space in my basement. The small increment weight changes make it easier and safer to do a much wider variety of lifts and exercises than I could do with my limited range of weights I had prior. I really look forward to working out every day because of these. Using the app that accompanies has been very beneficial too- learning new lifts and how to do them properly. I have nothing negative to say about them.

I was looking for a simple adjustable dumbbell that could be adjusted on the fly. These weights check all the blocks. Even my wife uses them occasionally. Didn't get the stand because it was too big. I am fine just sliding the weights into the corner of a room. I would have got the bench but there are cheaper benches out there that don't say "Bowflex" on them.
