I find myself wanting the stand for these so I dont have to bend over and pick them up when I have a lot of weight on them. Other than that, I can highly recommend them, they're great for an apt. I find myself often wanting to get another set for when friends come over, but they can get their own.

these things are awesome..only have 2 bad things to say...first is price...if u can afford these well worth the money. i always say u get what u pay for. the second thing is there is no workout dvd. only thing the dvd does that comes with it just shows u how to lift and what setting to use the bench. overall i love these dumbbells!!!
