I also loved that I could use them at a lighter weight, being a casual user and my husband could use them at his capability. He loves them. The SelectTech Dumbbells are very easy to use and convenient to store verses traditional dumbells. Price is a bit difficult to swallow, but there are definitely savings if you consider buying an equivalent amount of traditional dumbells.

I find myself wanting the stand for these so I dont have to bend over and pick them up when I have a lot of weight on them. Other than that, I can highly recommend them, they're great for an apt. I find myself often wanting to get another set for when friends come over, but they can get their own.
