The Dumbbells are a great addition to my home gym. They are a complete set of weights and only take up the room of one pair. I highly recommend the weight stand. The only issue is that the lower weights are a little bulky, so you can't really walk or run with the weights set to 10 pounds, but for lifting, they are perfect.

I use this product for my P90X workouts nearly every day. The weights are great beacuse they are so flexible and can quickly be changed to different a weight (in seconds). So far, no maintenance issues (after two months). I'm very careful putting them back into the holders so don't expect to damage any of the mechanisms as is sometimes reported in third-party reviews. Very satisfied.

We bought these specifically to use with a very popular 90-day "boot camp" DVD program. The SelecTech's were simply perfect! They are easy to handle, balance easily in your hands, and very easy to change your weight! There is even a sequence in this program where you do a ladder, beginning heavy, then moving to lighter weight. The SelecTech weights were so easy to move through that progression! I could feel the weights targeting my muscles, and was able to up my weight two times during the program. There is no other weight I would recommend for home use!
