I use the select tech dumbbells in conjunction with my Bowflex Extreme II to help target chest, arms & legs. I've had them for about 3 weeks and can already see gains in both my arms and chest. I also own a TC 3000 tread climber. Like my Extreme II and TC 3000, the select tech dumbbells, they are quality products and I couldn't be more pleased.

Bought this to get the most out of P90X. Very satisfied. Was a little worried when I saw some reviews that mentioned it might be too light in the long run, but these are perfect. Got them on sale for a fantastic deal. The only knock is that for just a few exercises, they can be a little cumbersome. Without the stand, it can be a little hard on the back while picking up the heavier settings.
