I have a pretty hectic work schedule and I like being efficient. These weights are awesome! I was skeptical, but I cancelled my gym membership and can now work out at home and do all the same exercises at home and work out more efficiently because to change the weight is easy. My wife can use the same weights and loves them too! The only downside is that they are not upgradeable or swappable for increased weight above 55 lbs - you would have to buy the larger set. Great quality and highly recommended
