As a special ops law enforcement officer it is of the utmost importance to keep myself in good physical condition. The bowflex 552's and stand are a compact and easy to use dumbell set. It works great with the p90x workout system. 2.5 months of use and i've had no troubles. The only qualm I have is they are longer than standered hex dumbells, so doing certain excerises you have to alter the range of motion slightly. That being said, I'd take these over a full rack of hex dumbells any day as they are compact, functional and easy to use. Well worth the purchase price.

I use my Bowflex Selecttech 552 weights during my P90X workouts. They are great and extremely versatile when switching weights for each set. Buying the needed single weights and rack would cost twice as much, and they aren't as easy to stow away! The rollers that come with the stand are a great idea!
