I bought these for use in P90X, and they work GREAT. Once you get used to how to dial in the weights (one workout) it's super quick. The one downside is overall length, but the convenience far outweighs that issue, which hasn't been a problem. I could see the larger set being a little cumbersome given the extra length. The product has surpassed my expectations.
