After researching Dumbbells I concluded that the Bowflex Select 552 would best fit my needs. This product exceeded my expectations! I work out every morning for an hour and a half and have incorporated the Bowflew 552 into my regiment. It is extremely easy to use, flexible adjusting to routines, acts and feels like independent dumbbells and reduces storage space ... it is fabulous!

What I love about the product...everything! The weights don't take up much space (I have the stand for the weights). Easy to select the weight I want and start working out. Since they are easy to use and readily available, I can use them when I feel like it (which is almost everytime I walk by them). My teenage boys also find them easy to use.
