I work out about 5 days a week for the past 10 years. I have an entire gym in my basement but never use it. I prefer the gym but these are great to have. I keep them in my living room because they don't take much space and they are surprisingly sturdy. I would definitely buy them again.

I really like the grips. They are rounded and fit perfectly in the hands. The only negative is when I am using the lower wights (10-15), the big weight rings are bulky and get in the way. (Tricep extenisions and tricep kickbacks) A modification for lower weights would be to use the smaller weight rings.

I use these daily for home workouts. The only con is that if you're planning on packing on some serious muscle it might be worthwhile to purchase the next size up so you don't outgrow these like I am about to.
