Great set of dumbbells. These are very useful for my home gym. I can change from one set to another quickly allowing me to only use 20 seconds between sets. This allows me an intense workout in the short amount of time and space I have. I would highly recommend the dumbbell stand and the 5.1 adjustable bench. These are all I use an have have seen dramatic effect in my physique and health.
