I don't think there's any other set of dumbbells out there that are so easy to use, compact, and looks good too. It's great that I can use these dumbbells in the comfort of my own home, without the distractions of going to a gym.

I've owned these for a couple of months and my only regret is that I didn't buy them sooner!! Spend the money; you won't regret it! I recommend the bench as well, a great addition. I just love working with these bells. They have really helped me a lot with what limited time I have. (a busy Family Physician)

The SelectTech have done exactly what I expected and what Bowflex advertises. I'm very happy to have a wide range of weights to choose from without having a roomful of dumbbells. It is very quick easy to adjust the weight. The only downside so far is the length of each dumbbell, which means that some exercises are more difficult or not practical to perform. For example, an upright row is hard to do with these. But if they weren't that long, they wouldn't have the same range of weights. I've had absolutely no other issues or problems with the adjustment/locking mechanism or anything else. I also recommend getting the stand, which I got when buying the SelectTech during a promotion offering the stand for free.

I use these dumbbells everyday and I love them. They are simple to use with the quick weight change dial. Can do any exercise with them. Compared to other competitively priced adjustable dumbbells I feel the overall construction is superior and the dimensions of the dumbbells are more user-friendly and less bulky. Hand grip is nicer, too. I like them better than bowflex's heavy DBs. It is difficult to re-rack the weights after use - particularly when using the dumbbell in the heavier weight range. But, I have had similar problems with other DBs. If you're looking for home adjustable DBs, this product is for you.

Have a bowflex powerrod system which works good, but bought the selecttech dumbbells to use with P90x. I am very happy I bought them and got back to "free" weights. Changing the amount of weight is very easy.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the weight set. If you find yourself constantly switching between different weights, you will greatly appreciate the convenience of this weight set. The weights are sturdy, easy to use, and allow for rapid changing of weights so you don't have much delay between exercises. My only complaint is that the weight are slightly bulky which can make performing some exercises difficult, if not impossible. I highly recommend this weight set to any who are dedicated to their work out routine.
