I've been using my SelectTech weights a lot following the Insanity Upper Body workout. The only downside to these weights that I see is that I have to adjust the dial on both sides of the dumbbells. I'm being lazy and picky but I wish you could just turn the dial on one side and that it would change weight on both sides of the dumbbell. It's very very minor concern. Over all I LOVE the weights though. I bought the stand as well and totally love having the stand as well. It's very solidly built as well.

I'm a P90X disciple that was looking to replace my screw-end dumbbells. Many of the workouts have you changing weight loads fairly rapidly. The SelectTech fits the bill for this perfectly. Also, since the relative time cost of changing weights is now almost zero, I've been able to heavy-up in mid set if I'm feeling good. My only wish is that I'd had them the first time around with P90X.

Great product! Instead of spending all my time changing plates on universal handles I can twist the dial and continue my workout, so I get a more intense workout. And the handles are the most comfortable I've ever used.
