I lift three to four days a week, they are easy to use, don't take up a lot of space which is a plus considering the limited space I have. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I love that these weights are so versatile. I can you them to bulk up my muscles and my wife can use them to lose weight and tone up. They are super easy to use and it makes working out in my household something that we like to do and that wasn't the case before the select tech! These work great for my wife and I as we need different weights but don't want to sacrifice space. Once and a while they either get stuck in the bases or a plate will get out of whack making seating them a little tricky. You'll want the stand for sure.
