Nice variety of weight increments

These are a little bit bulky for lifting, but I like having these instead of a whole bunch of separate weights. Larger weights would be just as bulky anyway. The 2.5 weight increments help a lot because it's tough trying to go from 20 to 25 pounds (that's a 25% increase in weight and 10% is what you're supposed to do).
Pros: Accurate Weight, Good Grip
Cons: Heavy / Bulky

I lift three to four days a week, they are easy to use, don't take up a lot of space which is a plus considering the limited space I have. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I love that these weights are so versatile. I can you them to bulk up my muscles and my wife can use them to lose weight and tone up. They are super easy to use and it makes working out in my household something that we like to do and that wasn't the case before the select tech!
