picked these up after the first two months of doing the p90x workout using some cheap 20lb vinyl dumbbells and wow what a difference in quality of the workouts! these dumbbells are super versatile and very easy to use. i've had them for about 7 weeks now and have loved these since the day I unboxed them! I have decent sized hands so the size of the dumbbells haven't bothered me, but I could see that being a potential issue for someone with very small hands. the range of weight you can lift with these is great for someone who works out at home, especially doing p90x.

Okay so I have to say that I LOVE this product. I workout at home and it was a great addition to our fitness gear. It takes away the concern of my daughter (who is 4) wanting to pick up a weight and accidentally dropping it. The only thing is that they are a bit bulky for some exercises BUT it's manageable once you get used to it.
