These dumbbells are perfect for P90X users. The program has so many different exercises, you need an entire weight set to get everything out of it. You need to be able to quickly switch from 10s to 15s to 25s. With these dumbbells, you have all those options and more... and they hardly take up any space. You can click so quickly to different weights that it's perfect for home workout programs.

I'll admit I was skeptical. I didn't think they would be sturdy or worth the price, but they've been great! I use them several times a week with my workout program.
