I tend to use them more often than any other type of equipment I've used in the past because of the convenience and quick results - all in the comfort of my home. It's a fantastic concept, and a good implementation. I'd like to see it brought to the next level, with a greater weight range, smaller footprint, and somewhat sturdier feel (I'm hesitant using these for over-the-head exercises). Great product... I love the innovation!
