I was using dumbbells with olympic plates and clamps during my p90x workouts. All the times that I had to keep pausing the DVD to change weights (10- 15 times per workout) was making a 45 min routine into almost an hour. The SelectTech Dumbbells were the most useful piece of exercise equipment I have ever purchased, saving my time and removing the clutter of loose plates from my work out area. Overall a 5 star product in my opinion.

I got the 52.5 you may want to get the heavier set as you can always go down but not up if it is not their. The stand is great it ws a throw in I would hold out for the deal that includes it.
