I'm a gym rat that hates the gym! I use these specifically with Chalean Xtreme and they have seriously helped improve my strength!! Wish I had purchased them sooner~I have been using them for about 2 months now and have not had any problems with them at all..if you want a compact set of weights for use at home, this is the product you need to amp up your routine!! I work out 4 days a week at the gym. I use these dumbbells when I can't make it to the gym. They are very nice, high quality. I wish the handles were more cylindrical like a normal dumbbell instead of fatter in the middle and tapered at the edges. I got the 110 bench also which was much higher quality and sturdier than expected.

Purchased these instead of a set of various size dumbbells to cut down on space required. They are pretty easy to use, but it does seem somewhat redundant that you have to turn the selector on both ends of the dumbbell to set the weight - it would be nice if you just had to select the weight once.

great for quickly switching amount of weight. Well balanced. Seems sturdy enough. Only complaint is that after dialing up a new weight it sometimes sticks or catches on one side when you lift the weight and you have to redial it before it will release the weight.
