I have never owned a set of dumdbells like these. Depending on how I want to stress my workout, these can do the job. From five lbs, to over fifty in five seconds, awesome piece of equiptment.

They are so easy to change the amount of weight. I had a small set of adjustable dumbbells but I could not get them changed in time between exercises to do my p90X workout. The bowflex set is just amazing.
