This dumbbell set is the perfect compliment to any home gym setting. I also have the Bowflex PR3000, but was missing some muscle isolation and workout that only dedicated dumbbells can offer. The design is great and very easy to use. Just turn the large dials to reach the weight you need, then pick up these dumbbells. To change weights, simple put back the dumbbells, and turn the dial again. It literally takes seconds to change to any weight. It is relatively compact and the quality so far is good. I also have the stand for them and overall set is very sturdy.

Smooth adjustable action, bust feels sturdy and solid when in use. A bit bulky compared to standard dumbells, but not a real issue with slight adjustment to workout. Far more compact and less expensive overall than a traditional weight set.

I have used regular dumbbells for years now and would hate the time spent in between sets changing the weights because it would kill the burn in between . I have been wanting to get these for a while now and while doing research read only a couple reviews that said they were flimsy and got jamed often. I decided to still go ahead and order them because to be honest whatever time I could save changing weight would be great. From the moment I got them I wanted to start working out. They are not flimsy a little loose but not enough to bother your workout, on top of that if you make sure to set them back in correctly they do not jam. These are a great investment if you workout regularly, you can switch to a desired weight for any type of workout you are trying to do. I feel more muscles being worked out because I am able to switch weight more freely than I use too. This dumbbell set was a great purchase.

These are every bit as good as I hoped they'd be. Was waiting for the price to drop on these and when the deal came along including the stand jumped on it. I wanted something to continue my P90X since my single weight dumbbells were not allowing me to get max benefit despite doing more reps. The stand and the dumbbells themselves are constructed really well. Hopefully I will continue using them.
