Smooth adjustable action, bust feels sturdy and solid when in use. A bit bulky compared to standard dumbells, but not a real issue with slight adjustment to workout. Far more compact and less expensive overall than a traditional weight set.

The greatest thing about these dumbells is with the high quality rack, my wife (so far), has allowed me to keep them on our first floor rather than in the basement! I will use them more if I don't have to go down in the basement.

I have used regular dumbbells for years now and would hate the time spent in between sets changing the weights because it would kill the burn in between . I have been wanting to get these for a while now and while doing research read only a couple reviews that said they were flimsy and got jamed often. I decided to still go ahead and order them because to be honest whatever time I could save changing weight would be great. From the moment I got them I wanted to start working out. They are not flimsy a little loose but not enough to bother your workout, on top of that if you make sure to set them back in correctly they do not jam. These are a great investment if you workout regularly, you can switch to a desired weight for any type of workout you are trying to do. I feel more muscles being worked out because I am able to switch weight more freely than I use too. This dumbbell set was a great purchase.

These are every bit as good as I hoped they'd be. Was waiting for the price to drop on these and when the deal came along including the stand jumped on it. I wanted something to continue my P90X since my single weight dumbbells were not allowing me to get max benefit despite doing more reps. This is an awesome product. I love having between 5lbs and 52.2lbs of weighted dumbells in one machine. Has added alot to my Bowflex gym I had becuase I felt I could not do my arms as good. Now i have everything. It is pricey but I sucked it up and did it. If they brought the price down that would make it perfect.

These quick-change dumbbells make workouts easier to DO so therefore you will have fewer reasons to NOT work out. Stop making excuses. The smallest weight per dumbbell is 5 lbs, the largest 52.5 lbs, and that will accommodate the wide range of workout uses, and easy to use.
